By accessing or using rot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
rot provides a platform for users to create and host minimalist link-in-bio portfolio pages. Features include rich media embeds, customizable themes, and personal analytics.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Lifetime Pro Plan and Payments
- One-Time Payment: The Pro plan is offered for a one-time fee of $9. This provides lifetime access to premium features in accordance with the current Service capabilities.
- 3-Day Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of the Pro plan. After the trial period ends, you will be prompted to purchase the Lifetime Pro plan to continue accessing premium features.
- Refunds: Since this is a digital service provided immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided except where required by law.
- Processing: Payments are handled by third-party processors (Dodo Payments/Stripe).
5. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you upload to rot. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content to provide the Service. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
The rot platform, including its liquid glass design system, code, and brand, is the intellectual property of rot. You may not copy or redistribute our core technology without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the rot community.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our company's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
